I have to turn it off every time i play the demo. Plus turn off the really annoying truck speed limiter, make the km to mph, make the brakes to max power, and turn off the silly fatigue simulation. If you ever decide to join World of Trucks and use External Contracts within the game, then speed limiter won't work and your speed will be 90 km/h max no matter the mentioned option. Ye can't disable the limiter if you're on those sort of jobs, you can only disable the limiter in the settings if you take a job from the freight market and also possibly the quick jobs as well? Sometimes can't go higher than 32 miles per hour or 62, varies on the save. I have disable the speed limiter in my profile and have it turned off in game. But it's like my truck is revs are going up but go any higher. I've tried a new profile and it's not working Just open C:\Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2\profiles\ and navigate into the folder of your current profile. Open 'config.cfg' with a Text Editor, search for the line "uset g_use_speed_limiter" and make sure to put a "0" next to it. Then save and close the config-file and check if your speed limiter keeps disabled now. max speed is 55mph in europe. Trucks are locked at this speed, and accroding to low, they cannot go faster - you can turn off speed limiter in options, if you are not using external contracts or multiplier. 2. Yeah - but quick jobs are also free speed if you untick the option setting. Only External contracts for your own truck only and external freight market for your own truck and trailer have the mandatory limit. Quick jobs and internal freight market follow the setting.
