After watching the first episode, I feel like TLOU is in it’s own lane and It shouldn’t even be compared to TWD. It has the potential to be just as great or better than The Walking Dead. If you’re talking about story/themes both series and their adaptations overlap in many instances. But it will be ported before season 2 releases. 100% it will just like Part 1. Don’t think the PC version will have “Remastered” in the title though, but it will definitely include the bonus content. I think it will also be quite a while, possibly not until the end of 2024 or maybe even early 2025. youtube. 906 upvotes · 107 comments. 1.1M subscribers in the thelastofus community. . 48 Share u/Im_Silas ‱ 4 hr. ago Should I play the game after I have watched the show? I feel like this is almost a no-brainer. The game is on sale on Steam rn, and I've been thinking about playing the game as well. Loved the show completely. If you're planning on playing the games anyway, I think playing the games first would be the better choice. Even disregarding the quality of the game vs the series, judging from the first episode there are a lot of easter eggs referencing the games that don't work the other way around. 1. r/thelastofus. If it’s for profit or for art. This show has 9.3 on IMDB. That means it’s the best show/movie ever made. It isn’t. People are biased and love zombies and the game, but in reality, the story isn’t unique in any way and the FX/CGI should be on a Avatar level to get that high of a rating. So far we've met three types of infected in the Last of Us. The common-or-garden 'runners', who flock together when a spore is interfered with; The mushroom faced 'clickers', blind but with deadly Megan Anderson. Atlanta Hawks. Los Angeles Lakers. Boston Celtics. Arsenal F.C. Philadelphia 76ers. Reminder. We will be redirecting Post-Episode show discussion to the appropriate megathread until Sunday, February 12th. Share. Now here is the Last of Us with arguably one of the best self contained episodes made by HBO, maybe in the genre. With ~4,500 1/10 reviews. On Metacritic a similar thing is happening giving it a 6.5/10 with 109 total reviews. That marks a 22% increase from last week’s record-breaking 4.7 million, a number that Warner Bros. Discovery later reported had already jumped to 10 million after two days of availability. Per HBO, “This marks the largest week 2 audience growth for an HBO Original drama series in the history of the network.” uqkaRYI.
